Meshes can now be animated
Placed down meshes can be assigned an animation
When moving from one cell to another if the player is stuck within a cell they will teleport to the outside of the static freeing them. Fixing a long time issue with unfolding lol
Volume is now more accurate to what was saved
NPC gun maker no longer crashes the game
Cell explorer no longer crashes the game
